“A boy gave a challenge to his girlfriend to live a day without him. No communications at all and he said that if she passed it, he’ll love her forever. The girl agreed. She didn’t text or call him the whole day, without knowing that her boyfriend had only 24 hours to live because he’s suffering from cancer. She excitedly went to her boyfriend’s house the next day. Tears fell as she saw her boyfriend lying on the coffin with a note on the side saying, ‘You did it, baby. Now, can you do it everyday? I love you.’”—(via deesweetserenity) (via ofrealityandfantasy) (via hangintherescarlett) (via cuntented) (via 472239364)
I recently just found a page called “Mickey And Minnie” (http://mickeyandminnie.tumblr.com/) and I have to say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in deciding to make a tumblr. It quickly brought back my childhood memories of falling asleep in my daddy’s arms while drifting off to “…tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme, beauty and the beast..” I cannot stop listening to these classic songs which I never knew that held such beautiful meanings. When I was younger I wanted to be a princess, just as every other child had wanted. But I wanted to be Esmeralda. She was bold, carefree, intelligent, strong, and confident. Everything I wanted to be. As I grew older I strived to stand up for myself and help anybody that needed it, but as I grew even older i forgot about the promise I made myself; to be just like her. As I scroll through these pages, I’m going to make another promise.
To never forget.
I will not let go of my childhood. I will not forget about how happy Disney has made me, so I would just like to say thank-you Walt Disney for making my childhood worthy.
